Rates

• Mid May – Mid October Rates:
  Balcony room $200 per night + 7% tax
  Patio room: $175 per night + 7% tax
• Off-Season rates & weekly stay discounts available
  10% Discount for returning guests
  Visa, MasterCard, travelers check, and cash accepted
  Personal checks accepted a minimum of 2 weeks in advance

Policies

• No Smoking
• Off street parking
• Please notify your host if you will be arriving earlier or later than this time. If you arrive at another time without notice, you may not have access to the B&B.
• Refund Policy: If we receive your cancellation notice at least two weeks prior to you scheduled arrival date, we will refund the amount of your deposit less 10% of the total room charge. For cancellation notices received within tow weeks of your scheduled arrival date, no refund will be given.
